Here's the scoop on what makes our ice cream super-premium!

Our ice cream has 14% butterfat and only 35% overrun (the amount of air that is pushed into ice cream when it’s made). Standard overrun for ice cream is around 100%, which means that the ice cream is made with 1 part air to every 1 part cream. Our ice cream is 35% overrun, meaning Chocolate Shoppe adds 1 part air to every 3 parts cream.

The result? Super creamy, smooth, rich ice cream that will melt in your mouth.
