Assistant Manager / Team Lead Positions

We are looking for a fun, energetic individual to join the Cary Dairy team! Preferably 2-3 years of experience in the service industry. (+18 Years or Older).

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

  • Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers, encouraging the guest to return again to generate repeat business
  • Enforce a clean and tidy work environment
  • Create a culture of hospitality that inspires our team to take care of each other and uphold product quality standards
  • Position employees and delegate tasks to create an enjoyable experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service with prompt service and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment
  • Open and close the store as needed
  • Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all employees during each shift
  • Adhere to and enforce all food handling standard operating procedures in compliance with company policy, health and food handling safety regulations
  • Work with the staff to ensure recipes are followed properly to ensure a consistent product
  • Be an expert at all employee duties to ensure you are “leading by example” in all that you do
  • Follow the mentality that there is ‘always something to do’ and train productivity
  • Perform all other duties as directed by immediate supervisors
  • Working, hands-on position

Part-Time Team Member Position

  • Preparing ice cream scoops, soft-serve,  shakes/malts, sundaes, coffee, and baked goods to serve to guests
  • Creating a warm, welcoming and energetic atmosphere for all guests
  • Cleaning/Maintaining fresh environment
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available weekends
  • Must be at least 15 years old (with work permit if needed and reliable transportation to work)
  • Must be outgoing, energetic, and friendly
  • Must have great customer service skills
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
